Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To enquire about our services
  • To enquire about offering services through our agency

We use the data you have given us to share information about our services and facilitate access to tuition where appropriate. It enables us to provide tailored educational support to meet your child’s individual learning needs.

We may share this information with relevant tutors and our payment management software, where express permission is given.

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on protected servers, safeguarded using both technical and organisational measures.

If a client or tutor discontinues working with North Tuition, their data will be deleted within 90 days.

In some cases, deleted data may still exist on archival or backup media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
