Bea is a friendly, upbeat maths tutor, who is passionate about building confidence and helping students to reach their full potential. With over 15 years of combined classroom and one-to-one tutoring experience, she has a deep understanding of the GCSE maths curriculum across multiple exam boards and knows exactly what examiners are looking for.
Bea specialises in identifying gaps in understanding and turning them into strengths through clear explanations, carefully chosen examples and plenty of guided practice. She places a strong emphasis on exam technique and problem-solving, helping students feel calm, prepared and in-control when it matters most. Her lessons are highly interactive, often using mathematical manipulatives and visual approaches to bring abstract concepts to life and encourage student engagement. Having completed her undergraduate degree at UCL in London, Bea understands the pressure students face during exam periods and creates a supportive, encouraging environment where mistakes are seen as part of the learning process.
